Bilingual Sales Professional (English/Spanish) -- On-Site at Denver HQ We're looking for serious sales talent ready to grow into top- performing, well-paid sales professionals. At our company, we don't just take orders -- we sell. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where true sales skills matter: qualifying customers by leading with the right questions, upselling clients, and closing deals like a pro. You'll sell our high-quality products, broker from preferred vendors, offer warranties, and deliver real solutions to our large and loyal customer base. You'll need to handle numerous deals simultaneously and be able to juggle multiple tasks, calls, communications, and orders while maintaining your focus and organization. This is not for salespeople that like to sell high dollar products (car, house, etc.) with low frequency. This is high volume environment that requires lots of action, energy, and problem solving. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain a strong customer base. * Handle 70-80 incoming and outgoing calls daily. * Quickly identify customer needs and offer the right solutions. * Sell with confidence, integrity, and a winning attitude. What You Need to Succeed: * Real sales instincts and a passion for winning. * Professionalism, resilience, and a strong work ethic. * Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. * Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Position Details: * Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * On-site only at our Denver headquarters (no remote work). * 100% commission (Uncapped -- your income is in your hands). * Weekly and monthly in-person sales meetings and training.
