Job Overview We're hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help fuel our continued growth. You'll engage with homeowners in pre-assigned neighborhoods and schedule free in-home consultations with our team. No hard selling or closing required. This is a great opportunity for people who want to break into the sales trade and who are tired of being stuck behind a desk. What You 'll Do * Canvass certain residential areas and talk to homeowners * Set appointments for our consultants to deliver in-home product demos * Log your activity and track leads using our system * Represent our brand with energy and professionalism Schedule * Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Full-Time (40+ hours/week) Compensation * Base Pay: $16/hour * Commission: 1% per sale (average sale ~$26,000) * Demo Bonus (weekly): * 4-6 demos = $40 * 7-9 demos = $70 * 10+ demos = $100 * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000/year * Top Performers earn $125,000+ What We 're Looking For * Reliable transportation (within 30 miles of St. Petersburg) * Comfortable working outdoors and independently * Strong communication skills * Driven to meet and exceed goals (minimum 0.2 appointments/hour) * No prior experience needed!
