We're looking for a Executive of Sales & Strategic Partnerships whose sole focus will be to drive revenue, platform visibility, and brand growth by bringing businesses, brands, and strategic partners onto our platform. This is a critical, outward-facing role focused on aggressive business acquisition, not managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Outbound Business Acquisition:
- Driving early revenue through creative outreach, smart deals, and relationship management.
- Identify, contact, pitch, and secure small, mid-sized, and national businesses to advertise on our platform, locally and nationally.
- Partnership Development:
- Create and close mutually beneficial partnerships where partner businesses can promote Thyim Inc. and vice versa (cross-promotions, user discounts, affiliate offers, etc.)
- Celebrity & Influencer Endorsements:
- Seek and secure brand endorsers, celebrity spokespersons, and influencers aligned with our brand to boost platform visibility and credibility.
- Ad Sales:
- Sell recurring monthly advertising placements on our platform to businesses looking for increased visibility among our user base.
- Strategic Targeting:
- Focus on businesses and brands that align with Thyim's core user base and mission, including home services, local businesses, national service brands, tech companies, and lifestyle brands.
- Campaign Design Support:
- Work with marketing and leadership teams to structure compelling offers, discounts, or co-branded promotions.
- Relationship Ownership:
- Own outreach, pitch decks, negotiations, and closing, from first contact to signed agreement.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Represent Thyim Inc. professionally and enthusiastically in all communications and negotiations.
- Rapid Execution:
- Move fast. We expect tangible progress in weeks, not months. Must Haves:
- Proven experience in outbound business development, B2B sales, ad sales, or strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, pitch, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute fast without constant oversight
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships, cross-promotions, and affiliate marketing structures
- Willingness to pursue celebrity/influencer/endorsement deals and navigate those negotiations
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication style
- Startup mentality, scrappy, persistent, flexible, and results-obsessed
- High responsiveness, available beyond strict 9-5 when needed
- Ability to deliver results quickly, we are building momentum, not waiting months for outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking outreach and pipelines Bonus Points:
- Existing contacts with businesses, brands, agencies, or celebrity reps
- Experience with marketplace platforms or tech startups
