Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn * Set appointments and generate sales opportunities for the Account Executive team * Manage and update CRM with accurate activity data * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns * Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.) Requirements: * 2 years of tech/SaaS experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Resilient, coachable, and hungry to learn and grow * Self-starter mentality with a desire to build a career in sales * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required What We Offer: * $80,000 OTE (Base + Commission) * Dental, Vision & Life Insurance * 401(k) * Generous PTO and holidays * Career growth opportunities into Account Executive or Sales Leadership roles (we are looking to promote at least 1 BDR from within the company to an Account Executive within 6 months) * Fun, inclusive culture with regular team events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Please list tech stack and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav etc) Work Location: In person
