Now Hiring: Sales Representative - Granite Depot (Columbus, OH) Granite Depot is seeking a qualified Sales Representative with a strong grasp of the sales process and a passion for connecting with customers. What We 're Looking For: The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our countertop offerings--granite, quartz, marble, dolomite, and quartzite--in a compelling and knowledgeable way. Objectives of This Role: * Represent Granite Depot's products and services with professionalism * Generate leads and build relationships through consistent outreach * Develop and execute a territory action plan and adjust strategies as needed Key Responsibilities: * Ensure customers receive exceptional service from initial contact to installation * Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and close deals * Maintain strong product knowledge and understand customer needs Required Skills & Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales experience (required) * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism * Valid driver's license (required) Schedule: * Full-time | 8-hour day shifts * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Compensation: * $40,000-$60,000 per year * Base + commission pay Work Location: * In person - Columbus, OH Apply Today!
