Now Hiring: Sales Representative - Granite Depot (Columbus, OH) Granite Depot is seeking a qualified Sales Representative with a strong grasp of the sales process and a passion for connecting with customers. If you excel at generating leads, building lasting relationships, and closing deals, we want to hear from you! What We 're Looking For: The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our countertop offerings--granite, quartz, marble, dolomite, and quartzite--in a compelling and knowledgeable way. Objectives of This Role:

• Represent Granite Depot's products and services with professionalism
• Generate leads and build relationships through consistent outreach
• Develop and execute a territory action plan and adjust strategies as needed

Key Responsibilities

:

• Ensure customers receive exceptional service from initial contact to installation
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and close deals
• Maintain strong product knowledge and understand customer needs Required Skills &

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of sales experience (required)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Valid driver's license (required) Schedule:
• Full-time | 8-hour day shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Compensation

:

• $40,000-$60,000 per year
