Millwork Inside Sales Representative Who We Are At Building Products Inc. Position Overview BPI is seeking a Millwork Inside Sales Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, understand customer needs, and drive sales by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. Your ability to close sales and meet targets will be essential to your success. You will work closely with our outside sales team (territory managers) to ensure mutual success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls. * Identify customer needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction. * Generating sales leads and maintains follow-ups to meet sales expectations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication. * Provide accurate product information using company tools and resources. * Meet personal and team sales goals. * Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions. * Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers. Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred). * General knowledge of construction and remodeling is a plus. * Experience in commercial millwork sales is a plus * Familiarity with millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
