Their fast-paced, professional environment fosters both financial and professional growth, providing agents with all the tools and support needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities * Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and close deals. * Maintain a minimum closing rate of 15 -20 deals per week. * Provide expert recommendations for tailored health insurance solutions. * Conduct high-energy sales calls and perform effective follow-up activities. Requirements * Active Health Insurance Sales License (or willingness to obtain one quickly). * FFM Certification and multi-state licensing highly preferred. * Proven success in health insurance sales or a similar high-volume sales role. * High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professionals ready to exceed targets. Compensation & Benefits * $500 Weekly Base Pay for the first two weeks to support your ramp-up. * Uncapped Commission Structure: * Earn $15 -$20 per closed deal with no earnings ceiling. * Performance-Based Bonuses for exceeding sales targets. * Top Performers consistently earn between $1,000 -$3,000 weekly, especially during Open Enrollment periods.
