As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all finance and insurance (F&I) operations in the dealership. * Secure financing for customers through various lenders while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. * Present and sell aftermarket products including warranties, GAP insurance, and service contracts. * Lead and train the sales team to hit performance targets and maximize gross profit. * Structure car deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. * Maintain strong lender relationships to ensure competitive financing options. * Ensure accurate completion of all deal paperwork and submission to accounting in a timely manner. * Monitor sales metrics and daily operations to maintain high closing ratios and CSI scores. * Work collaboratively with upper management to implement new sales strategies and processes. Qualifications & Experience: * E xperience as a finance/sales manager preferred, or related role in a car dealership. * Fluent in Spanish - required to serve a large portion of our customer base. * Proven track record of high performance in auto sales and F&I. * Strong leadership and training skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. * Deep understanding of local and federal compliance regulations in automotive finance. * Experience with DMS platforms (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne, Frazer, etc.).
