Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and oversee all finance and insurance (F&I) operations in the dealership.
• Secure financing for customers through various lenders while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Present and sell aftermarket products including warranties, GAP insurance, and service contracts.
• Lead and train the sales team to hit performance targets and maximize gross profit.
• Structure car deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong lender relationships to ensure competitive financing options.
• Ensure accurate completion of all deal paperwork and submission to accounting in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales metrics and daily operations to maintain high closing ratios and CSI scores.
• Work collaboratively with upper management to implement new sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

& Experience:

• E xperience as a finance/sales manager preferred, or related role in a car dealership.
• Fluent in Spanish - required to serve a large portion of our customer base.
• Proven track record of high performance in auto sales and F&I.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Deep understanding of local and federal compliance regulations in automotive finance.
• Experience with DMS platforms (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne, Frazer, etc.).
