Duties * Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective customers. * Utilize patient now and other software tools to track interactions and manage leads. * Negotiate appointment times that align with the schedules of both clients and our sales team. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to booking. * Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our database. * Continuously seek opportunities for business development by identifying new leads and markets. Experience * Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, with a focus on beauty, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetics. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Experience in negotiating deals and setting appointments within a business context. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in the appointment generation process.
