We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. Duties

• Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective customers.
• Utilize patient now and other software tools to track interactions and manage leads.
• Negotiate appointment times that align with the schedules of both clients and our sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to booking.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our database.
• Continuously seek opportunities for business development by identifying new leads and markets. Experience
• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, with a focus on beauty, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in negotiating deals and setting appointments within a business context.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in the appointment generation process.
