Job Summary: The Funding Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing merchant cash advance opportunities for businesses in need of fast, flexible financing. This role involves developing relationships with business owners, assessing their financing needs, presenting suitable funding options, and guiding them through the application process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of alternative finance products, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their financial needs and objectives. * Identify prospects through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital marketing. * Assess the financial status of potential clients by reviewing their business performance, creditworthiness, and cash flow. * Present and explain funding options, including terms, repayment structures, and benefits. * Guide clients through the entire application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. * Negotiate terms with funding partners to secure the best possible deals for clients. * Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications. * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and transactions using CRM software.
