What You 'll Be Doing: * Lead & Motivate a Sales Team: Manage a team of sales associates, helping them meet and exceed goals through coaching, support, and hands-on leadership. * Strategic Sales Execution : Guide your team on lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques that align with Infinity's proven sales approach. * Sales Development : Customize training, sales materials, and presentation strategies to fit different client needs and market conditions. * Pipeline Management : Oversee pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and support the team with high-quality referrals and warm leads. * Client Solutions : Help team members identify customer pain points and present the best solutions from our trusted roofing and exterior services.
