Job Summary

We have an opportunity to join one of the top selling dealerships in Northern California. We are seeking an experienced and motivated automotive Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Outstanding communication, organization and management skills are required to effectively lead our team of Sales Members and to guide our guests through the purchasing process. We offer a wonderful working environment with great management and ownership. All inquiries and interviews will remain completely confidential. Automotive Sales Management and F&I background required. Ford or Domestic Brand vehicle experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time Base Salary with potential additional compensation in the form of commissions, bonus or other compensation elements based on specific performance achievements.
