Compensation & Benefits * First 6 Months: $75k base salary * After 6 Months: 100% commission (16-25% of gross profit) * First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80k * Year 2-3 OTE: $100k-$150k+ * Top Performers Potential: $200k+ * Benefit: 401k with company match Working Conditions * Up to 50% of your time will involve traveling to client locations on the East Coast of California (ranging from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville, depending on where you're based). * You may need to visit the office occasionally. * The company will provide you with an iPad and a cellphone. * Expenses related to your mileage, gas, and vehicle maintenance will be covered by the company. Your key tasks will include: * Growing our customer base by establishing and nurturing connections with new and existing clients. * Setting up meetings and effectively closing sales to convert leads into loyal customers. * Delivering materials and providing quotes to ensure clients are well-informed and engaged. * Building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
