Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, creative, and customer-focused Floral Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with floral purchases, maintain beautiful and fresh displays, and support the day- to-day operations of multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers, a flair for design, and a knack for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and assist with selecting floral arrangements or custom designs * Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and gift baskets based on customer preferences and seasonal availability * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace and display areas * Water, trim, and care for flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality * Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system * Assist with inventory management, including unpacking shipments and restocking displays * Provide information on flower care and help customers with gift ideas or event arrangements * Support floral setup for in-store promotions, holidays, and special events * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Qualifications: * Previous experience in floral design or retail sales is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Creative eye and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks * Basic math and cash handling skills * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Join the Blumz Floral and Event Professionals today for an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and be surrounding by beautiful things!
