Job Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers -- answering calls and chats, qualifying leads, creating quotes, and processing orders. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls and chats professionally and promptly. * Assist customers with placing orders, checking stock, and answering product questions. * Use internal tools and resources to find same-spec substitute items when products are out of stock. * Create quotes and estimates based on inbound leads and customer inquiries. * Enter and update customer information in our CRM system (NetSuite experience is a plus, but we will train tech-savvy candidates). * Qualify inbound leads and assign them to outbound Sales Account Representatives (SARs) for follow-up. * Follow scripts and procedures to maintain quality and consistency. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and scheduled follow-ups. * Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team and other departments. Qualifications: * 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (preferred). * Strong multitasking skills -- you will use multiple software systems and vendor portals daily. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail. * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools. * Customer-first attitude with a commitment to outstanding service. * Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment. * Experience with NetSuite or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
