Overview

: We are seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers -- answering calls and chats, qualifying leads, creating quotes, and processing orders. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

:

• Answer incoming phone calls and chats professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with placing orders, checking stock, and answering product questions.
• Use internal tools and resources to find same-spec substitute items when products are out of stock.
• Create quotes and estimates based on inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM system (NetSuite experience is a plus, but we will train tech-savvy candidates).
• Qualify inbound leads and assign them to outbound Sales Account Representatives (SARs) for follow-up.
• Follow scripts and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and scheduled follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team and other departments.

Qualifications

:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (preferred).
• Strong multitasking skills -- you will use multiple software systems and vendor portals daily.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Customer-first attitude with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required. What We Offer:
