Responsibilities

:

• Drive sales through engaging face to face customer interactions and product presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with a fellow Sales Associate team to align sales efforts with overall brand strategies.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Track and report on sales performance, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. What We're Looking For in a Sales Associate:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
