With the support of our entire agency and its dedicated administrative team, as well as the support teams from the major carriers we represent, you'll have everything you need to succeed. What You 'll Do * Recruit and Develop Talent: Build and guide a team of licensed sales representatives, helping them thrive in the employee benefits industry. * Drive New Business Production: Lead your team to success while developing your personal book of business, creating an additional income stream. * Build Relationships: Engage with business owners, group benefits brokers, and HR professionals to offer tailored employee benefits strategies and enrollment solutions. How You 'll Earn Sales Managers at The Meehan Agency earn income through two primary channels: * Agent Development - Income is generated from overrides, bonuses, and renewals based on your team's production. * Personal Production - Earn commissions, bonuses, and renewals based on the business you submit.
