• Quality Claims
• Customer Contract Review and Expertise
• Tracking of Contract Fulfillment and Pricing Data
• Ownership of Accounts Preferred Skills:
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
