McElroy Manufacturing, is looking for a highly motivated, detail-driven Inside Sales & Support Manager to lead the team that supports our domestic sales network. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a team of professionals who are the first line of support for our Channel Partners, helping promote and distribute fusion products and services that make a real impact in the industry. You'll collaborate across departments -- from sales and marketing to production and quality -- to ensure our Channel Partners have the tools, support, and strategic guidance they need to succeed. What You 'll Be Doing * Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor department personnel; handle onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance development. * Sales Strategy: Support and implement the FSNA domestic sales plan. Monitor Channel Partner performance and ensure strategic alignment. * Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners, ensuring high levels of service, support, and product knowledge. * CRM Expertise: Ensure accurate and consistent input of partner and end-user data in Salesforce or other CRM tools. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, tech support, and marketing to drive partner success. * Data & Budgeting: Provide input for departmental budgets and deliver timely performance data to senior leadership. * Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, and contribute to the success of ongoing meetings, events, and trade shows. Skills & Qualifications * Experience: 10+ years in sales management, preferably in mechanical or technical sales; experience with hydraulic equipment is a plus. * Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a service-driven environment. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset for resolving issues. * Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools preferred. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Hands-On Learning: Must be committed to learning McElroy's fusion equipment and maintaining Certified Instructor status. * Flexible & Mobile: Willing to travel domestically as needed and work occasional evenings or weekends. Physical & Work Environment * Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods; some bending, climbing, and equipment demonstration required. * Frequent travel across FSNA locations and to industry events or customer sites. * Valid driver's license and the ability to secure a credit card for business travel (minimum $8,000 limit required).
