Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic health insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates with experience in outside sales, technical sales, or pharmaceutical sales will be highly regarded. Responsibilities * Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships. * Provide administrative support including preparing reports and presentations using Word and other software. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Communicate effectively with health insurance clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. * Support outside sales representatives by coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Preferred Qualifications - No Experience Needed * Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position is preferred. * Strong understanding of office operations and account management practices is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications is a plus. * Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes is a plus. * Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration is a plus. * Experience in technical or pharmaceutical sales is a plus but not required. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
