As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying coverage gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance retention and cross-sell opportunities. Location : Depending on experience, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications : * Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management and customer retention. * Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics. * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
