Responsibilities

:

• Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen the TruAbutment brand
• Represent the company and its products at trade shows and other speaking engagements
• Acquire new leads, develop networks/connections with dental offices/laboratories and convert to sales
• Visit dental offices and related organizations to establish relationships and foster new business
• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Report on regional sales results
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Required Experience /

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience to dental offices and laboratories is preferred
• Proven sales experience in the dental industry as a Regional Sales Representative or similar sales role
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Driven and independent, with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Able to travel as needed Pay/salary will be commensurate with experience. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for all full-time employees will be fully covered by the company upon completing the initial probationary period. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
