In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. What We Offer * Pay: $12.00 per hour plus commission! * Average earning potential: $45,000 * Medical, dental, and vision available * 401(k) with a match * Paid time off * Consistent work schedule of Monday through Friday - with one working Saturday per month * Opportunities for training and advancement Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads * Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications * Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements * Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns * Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents * All other duties as assigned Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience * Ability to work Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month * Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities * Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone * Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale * Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities * Basic computer/keyboarding skills * Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values * Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check * Individuals with call center experience excel particularly well in this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No nights * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
