Equipment Sales Representative Description Williamson County Equipment Company is a 3-store dual brand Case IH and New Holland dealership serving central and south Texas. We are currently seeking to add a Construction Equipment Sales Representative to our Hondo location. As a Construction Equipment Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving equipment sales through managing sales accounts, handling walk-in and phone-in customers. Duties and Responsibilities - Call on new and current customers to drive equipment sales - Maintain product knowledge, including product updates for all current products offered - Update company website with new and used equipment - Educate customers on the basic function of their new product - Maintain an organized showroom and sales lot presentable to customers - Submit sales documents to the Finance & inventory Manager in accordance with company policy - Submit proper equipment make-ready sheet to the Service Manager for each unit sold Qualifications - Basic understanding of computers, Microsoft office and Adobe - Excellent time management skills, must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - verbally and written, to communicate with producers, vendors, and dealership personnel - Ability to learn and navigate through company specific programs - Responsive to customer requests and inquiries - Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold Benefits - Competitive Compensation - Health Insurance - Vacation and paid holidays - Matching 401K Williamson County Equipment Co. provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
