Full-Time Sales/Parts Associate - Clive Power Equipment Clive Power Equipment, Iowa's largest Toro, Exmark, and Stihl outdoor power equipment dealer, is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Associate. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting the sales and parts operations of our business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to understand customer needs, guide them through the buying process, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. As part of our team, you will help maintain our high level of service, work collaboratively with other employees, and contribute to the continued success of our company. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in purchasing outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories. * Qualify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Maintain inventory, including receiving and checking in equipment & parts deliveries. * Build and prepare equipment for display and sale. * Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-maintained. * Assist in various sales, service, and operational duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * Basic mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn about outdoor power equipment. * Ability to lift and move equipment, with no lifting restrictions. * Prior experience in sales, parts, or retail in a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
