Responsibilities

:

• Customer Service:
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints related to insurance policies.
• Providing accurate and timely information about insurance products and services.
• Documenting customer interactions and requests.
• Assisting with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Policy Management:
• Creating and processing new insurance policies.
• Maintaining and updating policy records.
• Helping clients understand their insurance coverage.
• Communication:
• Communicating effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Working collaboratively with other team members.

Requirements

: License A valid insurance license is typically required to conduct insurance-related business

• Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
