In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with B2B and individual clients. We are a talent development company that offer workshops, and private coaching to performing artists who are working towards a career in music and relative roles in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the arts industry. Must possess the ability to research, and the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through warm calling and networking. * Analyze market trends to identify potential business development opportunities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. * Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our products and services. * Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in consulting, workshops, education or related field. * Strong team player with the ability to motivate and work with other members. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Proficiency in researching to inform business decisions. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients at all levels. * A proactive approach to business development with a strong desire to succeed. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
