We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with B2B and individual clients. We are a talent development company that offer workshops, and private coaching to performing artists who are working towards a career in music and relative roles in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the arts industry. Must possess the ability to research, and the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through warm calling and networking.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential business development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our products and services.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in consulting, workshops, education or related field.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and work with other members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency in researching to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
• A proactive approach to business development with a strong desire to succeed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
