Responsibilities * Lead generate 15 hours a week * Conduct three open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in training and other team activities * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers * Track activities and clients through CRM Qualifications You are a driven and self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge and a passion for helping others.
