Summary As a Team Agent , you will have the opportunity to elevate your career by leveraging our extensive real estate knowledge, solid market reputation, dedicated agent mentorship, and top-tier marketing techniques. We provide the structure, coaching, and lead generation , while you bring your dedication to cultivating leads, comprehending your clients' needs, and carefully steering them toward properties that meet their financial goals and personal preferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct three open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in training and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through CRM
