Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to conduct product demonstrations that showcase our offerings.

Duties

• Manage and develop relationships within assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demos to potential clients, effectively showcasing features and benefits.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Experience
• Proven experience in territory management or similar sales roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales or related industries is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively.
• Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
