Outside Sales/Area Manager Tampa / Clearwater Market Monday-Friday - No nights/weekends! Job Summary * Average Income- $55K-$65K * 100% Company-paid healthcare and life insurance for employee - Includes Dental and Vision Insurance plans * Paid Bonuses and Contests - earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through quarterly Performance Bonuses * Company paid car allowance and gas card provided. * Generous Year-End Holiday Bonus - 2024 Average Bonus ~ $1,400 * 401k with Company Match * Paid Holiday and PTO Programs * 401K or Roth retirement plans with company match. * Future advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities * Prospect for new business [Colleges, Hospitals/Health Care, Retirement Communities, Schools, Ice Cream Parlors, Family Entertainment, Resorts etc.] * Areas covered - Everything North of Venice FL including, Sarasota, Bradenton, I-75 corridor north, Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Palm Harbor. * Work with existing customer base to help drive sales and ensure great customer service. * Maintain up to date Price cards, Point of Sale Materials, and A Base Knowledge of Products. * Keep up to date Customer Equipment Agreements and ensure compliance. * Work with Hershey Account Manager to maintain a schedule for freezer defrosts and coil cleaning. * Freezer repair / maintenance (Will provide training and tools to complete job) * Customer Service concerns and inquiries for the assigned territory. Job Requirements * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Minimum age: 21 years of age * Valid Driver's License and good driving record * Previous outside sales experience * A winning attitude and a proven trend of personal growth and performance over time * Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career. * Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and car allowance fund) Hershey 's Ice Cream Enjoyed by millions since 1894, Hershey's Ice Cream is focused on producing innovative, high-quality products and providing industry leading service.
