Sales Consultant - Field Inspector Job Type: Full-time Pay: Salary DOE Company: ATD Roofing Industry: Construction Location: Fayetteville, NC Department: Sales Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday as needed) Core Competencies

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers during on-site property inspections, guiding them toward confident purchasing decisions.
• Evaluate properties for roofing and exterior restoration needs, identifying site-specific challenges and educating clients on appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team by gathering necessary data. (ex. photos, measurements, and inspection reports)
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, track opportunities, and contribute to marketing initiatives for enhanced close ratios.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related sales or customer service experience.
