Job Title: Sales Assistant/Inside Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Department: Office Summary: Responsible for assisting in sales and general office functions by performing the following duties.

Duties

and responsibilities: 1. Invoicing 2. Certificates of Compliance 3. Mill Test Reports 4. Submittals 5. Ensuring purchase orders are correct and get expedited 6. Files and retrieves sales records and correspondence as required 7. Prepares customer quotes and bid packages 8. Places orders with Vendors 9. Acts as liaison between the customer /vendors and sales manager 10. Operates standard office equipment 11. Performs other related duties as assigned Skills: Computer Skills Oral communication Skills Written communication Skills Organizational Skills Customer Relations Customer Oriented Phone Etiquette Filing Professionalism Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience in an office environment helpful. Job Type: Full-time
