Experience in the car wash business isn't necessary but helpful. - $50,000 - $75,000 with base pay - Free car washes - Advancement opportunities - Ongoing training and development - FUN working environment Expectations: 1. Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience 2. Greet customers with a bright smile and positive attitude while offering them detailed explanations of our signature products and services 3. Utilize problem-solving, active listening, and exceptional service skills to meet or exceed sales goals 4. Operate a paystation and point-of-sale system to invoice and properly order vehicles to be loaded into the tunnel 5. As needed, assist crews in managing the vehicle queue. 6. Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by management 7.
