• What You 'll Be Doing As a Semi-Trailer Technician , you will:
• Inspect and repair semi-trailers, including brakes, wiring, bodywork, lift gates, and more.
• Install and replace add-on components like toolboxes, winches, and ramp kits.
• Perform fabrication and welding as needed.
• Ensure quality and safety , completing service reports and maintaining high standards

Required Qualifications

:

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Own a personal set of hand tools - essential for the job.
• Strong mechanical aptitude - experience with semi-trailer equipment, tools, and maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Valid driver 's license - a plus, but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in semi-trailer repairs.
• Industry certifications such as ASE or welding certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish) - a valuable asset.

Work Environment

• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a dynamic shop, yard, or mobile service environment.
• Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
