Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, catering, and foodservice sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchasing managers, and distributors.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. Account Management & Customer Success
- Manage a growing book of business with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend tailored product solutions and pricing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution. Technology & Data-Driven Sales
- Use CRM tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and inform outreach.
- Deliver virtual product demos and presentations using digital tools to expand reach and enhance engagement. Industry Expertise & Market Insight
- Stay informed on foodservice trends, customer pain points, and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent Restaurantware at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed. What We 're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B foodservice sales experience (disposables, packaging, or restaurant supplies preferred)
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry (restaurant, catering, hospitality, or distribution background a plus)
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and virtual selling tools
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth
