Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Axiom Tax & Accounting Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and cold calling. This role requires a strong understanding of business to business sales and market trends, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in lead generation, territory management, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Understanding of tax and accounting is preferred, but absolutely not required.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and secure new clients.
• Perform cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales and client relationship building is preferred.
• Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
