• Position: Sales Representative - Moving Industry Location: Oakland Park, FL (on-site) Schedule: Monday-Thursday & Weekends | Fridays Off About Our Client Our client is a top-tier moving carrier dedicated to delivering exceptional relocation solutions to residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Manage leads and convert them into closed sales.
• Establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize moving contracts efficiently.

Requirements

• Phone sales experience required.
• Moving sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including Monday-Thursday and weekends (Fridays off).
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales success.

• Training Pay: $300-$500 per week during the onboarding phase (based on experience).
• Commission Structure:
• 15% commission on sales under $5,000.
• 20% commission on sales between $5,000-$7,499.
• 25% commission on sales between $7,500-$12,000.
• 30% commission on sales over $12,000.
