Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with proven experience in both inside and outside sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively while managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct cold calling initiatives and cold drops to generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide regular training and support to the sales team on best practices in technology sales. Skills
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in cold calling techniques with a track record of successful lead generation.
• Experience in both inside sales and outside sales environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective sales management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Knowledge of technology sales processes and market dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
