Responsibilities * Represent LGCY Power. * Increase solar energy awareness in your community. * Present yourself professionally and communicate product benefits effectively. * Engage potential customers in a door-to-door sales environment. * Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. * Meet or exceed team sales targets. * Utilize industry-leading technology and applications to optimize your sales efforts. * Manage your customer relationships independently. * Various administrative tasks. * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working independently. * Strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals. * Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for effective field operations. * Must be proficient in English. * Applicants must be 18 years or older.
