Key Responsibilities

: Office Management

• Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and travel arrangements as needed. Sales & Contract Support
• Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Draft, review, and track client contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all agreements and client documents. Land Lease Administration
• Support land lease managers by preparing lease documents, managing renewal schedules, and tracking lease compliance.
• Act as liaison between landowners and internal teams regarding lease agreements and updates. Communication & Coordination
• Facilitate smooth communication between departments including Sales, Real Estate, Operations, and Finance.
• Help coordinate special projects, reporting tasks, or client follow-up as needed.

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years in an administrative, office management, or contract support role (experience in OOH or media industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with lease or contract documentation.
• Experience supporting sales teams or managing CRM databases.
• Comfort working across multiple departments and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Apparatix is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule:
