Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Provide sales support by assisting customers through the purchasing process. * Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and services effectively. * Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate public speaking skills during product presentations or promotional events. * Assist in managing dealership operations as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar sales environment. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Previous experience in a dealership setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
