Responsibilities: Essential Duties * Selling membership packages and exceeding set goals. * Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and tailoring recommendations to their needs. * Achieving personal and team membership sales targets while upselling additional services. * Providing a welcoming and positive customer experience from arrival to departure. * Handling transactions accurately at the pay terminal. * Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company protocols. * Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. * Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude. * Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: Job Requirements * 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. * High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or current enrollment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations professionally. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach. * Flexible availability, including weekends.
