As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. You will learn the sales process from start to finish as a sales rep manager in training Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals. * Hire, train, and maintain a strong and motivated sales team. * Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Execute product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and build relationships with prospective customers. * Foster strong customer service practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. * Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
