Overview

We are a metaphysical store and apothecary. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Herbal knowledge and spiritual openness is a must.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Demonstrate product features to customers through demos - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor

Requirements

- Proficient in cash handling procedures -Knowledge of crystals and stones a plus -Excellent work ethics and punctuality -Ability to self manage productivity - Ability to supervise and lead a team when needed - Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills - Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Herbal knowledge and formulation experience preferred -An openness to all spiritual paths Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.81 per hour
